How does the custom design process work?
Tell us your names, date, colors, and vision right on the product page. We send your first digital proof in 3 to 5 business days, then refine it with 2 free revisions. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.
Will it arrive in time for my event?
Most pieces are made in 5 to 10 business days after you approve your proof, plus tracked shipping. Tell us your event date and we will flag anything tight. Need it sooner? Rush production is available on most items.
Can you guarantee it arrives before my event date?
Yes. Tell us your event date and we build the timeline backward from it. If we ever cannot comfortably hit your date, we tell you before you pay, not after. Rush production is available when your date is tight.
What are the boards made of? Are they sturdy?
Heavy-duty Coroplast (corrugated plastic) with a premium matte print. Rigid, lightweight, and great indoors or out. Large boards ship flat with our Invisible Fold and open cleanly at your venue.
Do I need a stand or easel?
Most boards and signs display beautifully on our Jumbo Easel Back Stand ($29.99), suggested right on the page. The Accordion Photo Wall is self-standing and needs no easel.
Can I upload my own photos or logo?
Yes. Photo boards and several signs let you upload your images on the product page. For seating charts, you can attach your full guest list and table assignments.
What files do you need, and what DPI should my photos be?
Send the highest-quality JPG, PNG, or PDF you have. For the sharpest print we recommend 300 DPI images at full size; vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are ideal for logos and cutouts. We handle bleed, color profiles, and all the layout and print prep, and we review every image and flag anything that will not print crisply before you approve your proof.
Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide with tracking. You will get a tracking link by email the moment your order is on its way.
What is your return policy?
Because every piece is custom designed and printed for you, custom orders cannot be returned once the proof is approved. Your 2 free revisions and proof approval make sure it is exactly right before we print.
