Send the highest-quality JPG, PNG, or PDF you have. For the sharpest print we recommend 300 DPI images at full size; vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are ideal for logos and cutouts. We handle bleed, color profiles, and all the layout and print prep, and we review every image and flag anything that will not print crisply before you approve your proof.

We ship nationwide with tracking. You will get a tracking link by email the moment your order is on its way.

We ship with UPS, and occasionally FedEx, always tracked and always free within the United States, including PO boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

You can absolutely do it yourself, no professional needed. Most couples or their venue team lay it down. We recommend a large squeegee, available online or at any hardware store, to smooth as you go and push out bubbles. Work slowly from one end to the other, and allow extra time on larger floors.

Smooth, hard surfaces. We have used it successfully on wood and other hard floors, and the smoother the surface the better the result. It is not suitable for carpet or rough, textured floors. If the floor is not yours, please get permission from the venue before you install.

No. Our Invisible Fold lets oversized boards ship flat and safely, and once the board is fully extended at your venue the crease is not noticeable.

Two options at checkout. Rush Production is $50 and gets you a digital proof within 48 hours plus priority production, with standard shipping. Rush Production plus Rush Shipping is $100 and adds expedited shipping on top. Rush orders must be placed and the proof approved by 1pm Central for that day to count, and business days exclude weekends and US holidays.
