Yes. Photo boards and several signs let you upload your images on the product page. For seating charts, you can attach your full guest list and table assignments.

Send the highest-quality JPG, PNG, or PDF you have. For the sharpest print we recommend 300 DPI images at full size; vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are ideal for logos and cutouts. We handle bleed, color profiles, and all the layout and print prep, and we review every image and flag anything that will not print crisply before you approve your proof.

We ship nationwide with tracking. You will get a tracking link by email the moment your order is on its way.

Because every piece is custom designed and printed for you, custom orders cannot be returned once the proof is approved. Your 2 free revisions and proof approval make sure it is exactly right before we print.

Every order includes 2 free revision rounds, and each round after that is $10. You can include as many changes as you like in a single round, so it helps to gather all your edits before sending them over.

Yes, as long as you have not approved it yet. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of ordering or before your first proof is sent, whichever comes first. After that, we refund your order minus a design fee for the work already done, and we send you the finished design file. Once you approve your proof, printing begins and the order cannot be canceled. Approval locks production, and changes after approval mean a reprint at cost. That is exactly why we send a proof and include 2 free revisions, so please check names, dates, and spelling carefully before approving.

Shipping is free on every order of $99 or more, tracked, anywhere in the United States. Under $99 it is a flat $8.95. Your cart shows you how close you are to free shipping as you go, and rush upgrades do not count toward the $99 because they pay for faster production, not postage.

We ship with UPS, and occasionally FedEx, always tracked, anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO boxes, so please give a street address. Shipping is free on orders of $99 or more. Under $99 it is a flat $8.95. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Yes. You can collect from us at 3169 Players Club Parkway, Memphis, TN 38125, Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm. Choose "Pick up in Memphis" in your cart and there is no shipping charge, and we email you when it is ready.

You can absolutely do it yourself, no professional needed. Most couples or their venue team lay it down. We recommend a large squeegee, available online or at any hardware store, to smooth as you go and push out bubbles. Work slowly from one end to the other, and allow extra time on larger floors.

Smooth, hard surfaces. We have used it successfully on wood and other hard floors, and the smoother the surface the better the result. It is not suitable for carpet or rough, textured floors. If the floor is not yours, please get permission from the venue before you install.

No. A large board is built to fold down the middle so it ships to you flat and safe. Opened out fully and supported at your venue, the fold line disappears. That is the whole point of our Invisible Fold. Worth saying plainly though: the fold itself is how the board is made, not transit damage, so it is not something we reprint for.

We replace it free. Real damage means a puncture, a tear, a crushed corner, or anything else the packaging or the courier did in transit. Email us a photograph of the damage and a photograph of the box within 3 days of delivery, and before you use it at your event, and we print a replacement and ship it to you at no cost. Please keep the box until we have both photographs. The fold down the middle of a large board is not damage; it is how the board is built.

Two options at checkout, and what they cost depends on how the piece is made. Rush Production is $50 on printed pieces and $100 on laser-cut acrylic, because moving acrylic up the queue costs us more. Either way your first proof comes within 48 hours, and once you approve it your piece gets priority production, with standard shipping. Hand-cut acrylic with Rush takes 4 to 7 business days after approval instead of 7 to 14. 1-Day Turnaround is $150: a proof within 24 hours, then same or next business day production after you approve, and expedited shipping. 1-Day Turnaround is not available on acrylic. Acrylic is cut and layered by hand, so a single day is not possible and we will not sell you a date we cannot hit. Rush Production and 1-Day Turnaround orders must be placed and the proof approved by 1 PM Central for that day to count, and business days exclude weekends and holidays. Your 48-hour (24-hour for 1-Day) proof clock starts once we have your photos and details. The sooner you add them, the sooner you get your proof.
